Case presentations and treatment planning session. 2.5 hrs |

I would like you to consider joining us for another year of our Current Concepts Study Club. Each year we offer meetings to enhance the practice of general dentists and assist with their CE needs and practice growth. All meeting occur at Shawnee Mission Medical Center (SMMC) and are on Thursday evenings. We have a quick dinner and the programs run from approximately 6:15 to 8:45 PM.
The fee this year for all our programs is $275. This fee includes a minimum of six meetings and approximately 15 hours of CE credit. All credits are approved for AGD CE credit in Kansas. We have a variety of speakers from practice management, malpractice to physical therapy. We also cover standard and cutting edge CE topics and offer complex case treatment planning for those doctors who are interested.
My practice includes an AAAHC accredited surgery center. Our surgery center has been accredited since 1993. We treat complex cases in the surgery center and have Kodak cone beam CT scanning available for routine and complex case needs.
I hope you will join us this year and come learn with other colleagues at SMMC. Our first program on February 23, features an outstanding talk from Stephanie Nicholson PT of Elite PT KC. Stephanie has worked with several well-known professional athletes and has many professional golfers as patients. She will cover essential exercises that I am sure you have not seen before (unless you attended her talk with us last year!) that will reduce or eliminate your back pain and help extend your career. The most expensive equipment she will use with us is a $20 foam roller.
The rest of our 2012 schedule is attached and an additional meeting may be added at no additional fee. Please consider joining us this year. We have a great group of doctors who enjoy getting together.

If you wish to use a credit card call our office prior to the 2/23 program at (913) 469-8895 and they will process your credit card payment. Payment is due at our first meeting. If you plan to use a credit card please call our office prior to that evening.
Dr. Faerber has been involved with the education of some of Kansas City’s leading dentists since 1992.
He has been the chairman of a successful study club that is accredited in the state of Kansas to provide continuing education credit to dentists through the AGD.
Multiple specialists are involved to assist the general dentist with treatment planning complex cases and these are discussed in group sessions at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. General educational presentations are provided ranging from medical emergencies in the dental office to advanced techniques in oral reconstruction and implant dentistry.
