Spring 2014 Quarterly Update
I would like for you to consider joining our study club in 2013. We have a great community of general dentists who enjoy learning together as a group and incorporating new concepts from the club into their practices. As the years have gone by many of our members communicate with each other outside of the club and share tips that help enhance their practices.

The fee this year for all of our programs is $275. This fee includes a minimum of six meetings and approximately 12-15 hours of CE credit. Our study club is approved in the state of Kansas for FAGD/MAGD credit. We have a variety of speakers from practice management, malpractice to physical therapy. We also offer state-of-the-art CE topics and complex case treatment planning for those doctors who are interested. All the meetings will occur at Shawnee Mission Medical Center in the meeting rooms adjacent to the medical staff library on Thursday evenings (schedule attached).

At our first meeting Dr Pat Lillis will be presenting on the new 3M True Definition Scanner and how this helps his office production and efficiency. The 3M scanner also helps Pat with reducing chair time and boosting his profitability. In October we are in for a treat when Prosthodontist Dr. Jay Smith from Atlanta, Georgia will be presenting on the latest innovations in restorative dentistry and dental implants. Stephanie Nicholson, PT will return at the end of the year to cover new breakthroughs in maintaining a healthy spine as a practicing dentist. Stephanie has already helped many of us in the study club and will have great information for us in November.

The rest of our 2013 schedule is below and an additional meeting may be added if the group requests at no additional fee. I hope you will consider joining us this year. We have a great group of doctors who enjoy learning and sharing tips together.

Best regards,

Tom Faerber DDS, MD
