I have been to Faerber Surgical Arts for multiple extractions and implants. My experience with Dr. Faerber and his entire staff has been exceptional. Professional and compassionate care. I highly recommend.

What a mess, text messages referring to information before the wisdom teeth surgery I was expecting, my wife taking off for the procedure. The office not caring or concern for a terrible scheduling mistake, blue stem and I talked to scheduling my simple wisdom teeth removal on 3/8/22. No rush since teeth wasn’t a issue then, we scheduled for 5/9/22. One wisdom tooth began to bother me a month prior but I could get by until the visit. Received text messages and pre visit information given, called Friday 5/6/22 on a question about antibiotics and was told Monday was only a consultation. I explained my issue that fell on a none concerning clerk that basically said I was SOL and it would be two to three weeks before the procedure if that is what came out of the consultation. Gave one star since for answering the phone.

This was a very positive experience. The Staff was polite. caring and they took time for explanations. The nurse listened and responded to concerns and questions I had. Dr. Faerber was very professional and told me what to expect each step of the procedure. This relieved a lot of stress. Afterward, the nurse explained care and encouraged continued calls as needed. The visit went very well.

I had to have two teeth extracted and a bone graft. Dr. Faerber was very easy to talk to regarding my situation, and the procedure went smoothly without any problems. All of my interactions with Dr. Faerber and his staff were reassuring. I knew I was in the hands of extremely competent, caring professionals. Although I hope I don't have to have any more procedures done, I would certainly never hesitate to return to Dr. Faerber's office. Kim, Julie, and Felipe were the main individuals I interacted with besides Dr. Faerber, and I always received courteous attention and was given all the help I needed from the first consultation to my last follow-up appointment. I highly recommend them.

I had one upper tooth to be removed. I was nervous about having the local instead of being put to sleep. Other than a quick twinge with the shot, I had no discomfort. Dr. Faerber was very good about asking how I was doing. When he stitched the hole up, I couldn't believe the tooth was out! I thought he was just getting my temporary off. I was very pleased with the doctor and his staff. Hoping I will not have to go back soon, I certainly would not hesitate to use his services again.
